By signing in, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (display name and email address) as provided by Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Microsoft account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in an unauthorized manner.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. When accessing clinical and medical data through the Service, you agree to:

• Not attempt to re-identify any de-identified patient data.
